OUR STORY
Founded by two finance professionals who saw a better way to operate.
Cenet Capital's founders met at a Wall Street firm working on tax credit transactions. One led marketing and published the firm's work on tax credits; the other worked in business development, building relationships with the companies that hold them.
Working closely with those clients, they saw how much the market depends on structure, accountable leadership and follow-through, and how often firms fall short of all three. They left to build a company organized around those principles from the start.
Today Cenet acquires transferable clean energy and state R&D tax credits and advises on fine art acquisitions, holding every transaction to the same standard of diligence.
